Pack Your Kit
Ensure all original, unused materials including the Legacybox, welcome guide, and safety barcodes are securely placed back in the original shipping box.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label provided by our team and attach it to the outside of your package over the original label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our facility receives and inspects your unused kit, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping and handling fees.
